Assignment

• Survey of factory and area for the crane.

• Design, descriptions, drawings for disassembly of platforms , pipes, holes in the ceiling, visualization of the lifting operations.

• Produce detail drawings for prefabrication of new pipes.

Challenge

• Old boiler had been in operation since the 1960's. All factory infrastructure built around it on all sides.

• 400 ton capasity crane needed. Where could it be placed ? Collisions?



• Work to be completed in 14 days.

Solution

• Production of accurate drawings and descriptions for disassembly, assembly, placing of crane etc.



• The crane could perform multiple lifting operations from the assigned location.
